Homemade Mushroom Soup
Mushroom soup..who doesn't like this one? i like it, my whole family likes it. Even my picky eater daughter. She doesn't really like vegie, but when its come to mushroom soup, she eat everything. I'm in a very good mood to make a homemade mushroom soup for my family last weekend coz u know when my laziness start to kick in...well...heelllooooo campbell :D...
Homemade Mushroom Soup
- 1 chicken breast, cut into very small pcs
- 1 ltr chicken stock
- 500 ml milk
- 200 ml cream
- 1 package fresh button mushroom, chopped
- 1/2 cup plain flour & 1/2 cup water (mix together)
- salt to taste
Add milk, cream & mushroom stir until the mushroom soft.
In the low heat, add flour mixture (mix flour with water before u add into the soup) & stir until thicken.
Add salt to taste.
