Rich Chocolate Pudding

Salam all,

Sorry for the late update. Nope..iI'm not abandon my blog heheh..its just that i don't really know what to share with u. Yes, i do try a new recipe, but...i don't know why but lately my cooking skill become worst than ever.

I've tried to make a banana cake & its a disaster. The cake taste ok but the look...hehehe...its ugly. So no recipe here for banana cake ok. Maybe next time. So after a very disappointed moment with my banana cake, i dicided to make this rich chocolate pudding for my kids & hopefully its not turn out disaster like my banana cake. Well at least this one really made my day (of course after a horrible moment with 'The Cake'). Its a fool proof guys. 

Ok..here the recipe...

Rich Chocolate Pudding

• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup milk powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 4 1/4 cup water
• 4 tbsp cornstarch
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 3 tbsp butter
• 10g agar2 powder

Mix all the ingredients except the butter in the medium size pot.

Stir the mixture over medium heat until the mixture thicken.

Add butter, continue stirring.

Pour the mixture into any mould u like.

Let it cool before serving.
