Eggs Benedict


Salam,

This was my breakie last weekend. 2 words for it...love it, love it, love it..:). Very simple, easy to prepare, healthier & delicious. This is my version of egg benedict. Presentation wise, well i follow a few food blogger who prepared their egg benedict in the remekin.

Well the original one of course english muffin, served with poached egg & beef bacon & the famous hollandaise sauce. One day, i want to prepare the original one. Well, this one is for starter. Here the recipe...

Egg Benedict
For 2 remekin.
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices plain bread, cut all the dark skin
  • 2 cherry tomato, remove the seeds & chopped
  • 2 button mushroom, chopped
  • White pepper to taste
Preheat oven into 180C.
Line 2 remekin with butter.
Place the bread on each remekin.
Add cherry tomato & mushroom into the remekin.
Crack the eggs on each remekin.
Season with white pepper or any herbs of your choice.
Baked for 5 to 10 minutes.
