Oven Fresh Seasoned Potato Wedges


 Hi everyone..since i have remaining parmesan cheese in my fridge after preparing my Parmesan Chicken, i found this recipe, which i can utilised all my remaining parmesan. So i decide to try this recipe i found in allrecipe.com. It taste good, soft in the inside, crunchy outside..& u better serve it hot coz it test better than cold (this is from my one & only food critic suggestion...ahakks:). Here the recipe...

Oven Fresh Seasoned Potato Wedges
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 medium size russet potato, cut into wedges
Preheat oven to 220C.
Combine everything into the resealable plastic bag.
Seal the bag, then shake to coat the potatoes with the seasoning.
Spread the potatoes over a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until the potatoes are easily pierced with a fork, about 25 minutes.
Serve hot.
