Parmesan Garlic Chicken with Brussels Sprout & Cherry Tomato


Ok...i love this chicken recipe..its so simple yet delicious..if u don't have time to cook complicated dish for ur family, i recommend this one..all u have to do is marinate the chicken, & dump everything to the oven..hah!! there u go...all done. U can use any vegetables u like, as for me, actually i really want to know how Brussels sprouts taste like (now i know :-)..never eat this kind of vegie before..but it look so cute hahah...like a small cabbage. Ok..here the recipe...

Parmesan Garlic Chicken with Brussels Sprout & Cherry Tomato
  • 2 1/2 pounds chicken
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced (i used 3 tbsp garlic powder)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 package brussels sprout & cherry tomato
Preheat oven to 175-180C.
In a small bowl, mix together the salt, olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese, oregano, rosemary, cumin & black pepper.
Pour the mixture into the chicken.
Cut the brussels sprouts into half & spread the vegie into the baking dish.
Place the chicken on top of the vegie & top with butter.
Bake for 45 minutes & done :)
