Mayonaise Prawn

Salam all,

How was your day? Mine was not so much different from the other day, same old...same old..sometimes i feel so tired & boring with this routine. I want something more, something different from my current routine. Same goes with my hb. Both of us try our best to find something more exciting in life, try to do something that we never did before, together with our kids of course.

So, last weekend we went to this club somewhere in Sungai Buloh, sign up for membership & went for horse riding hahah...the reason why, we don't want our kids educations stop at the school only, we want them to learn something new, something irregular & thank god my kids really eager to ride a horse & not to fear by it.

Same goes with my cooking skill. Last time i baked something was before Eid & until now i didn't bake anything. I want to try a new recipe, want ot bake something, but lack of time & lack of ingredients. One day i stumble upon this recipe & decided to try it pronto!! This recipe is so simple yet very delicious. Thank God i found it. My hb, eventhough he got a minor alergy with seafood, he really loved this one. Always ask me to cook it again. Of course i changed the recipe a little bit, just from spicy to non spicy, change a little bit on the cooking style. U will see the different if u look at my source. Ok, here the recipe...
